Only if you tick the AI consent box on a form, we use an AI service (Google Gemini, provided through our website platform Lovable) to read and summarise your enquiry for our team and to sort it by destination and visa type. Your name, email and phone number are not sent to it. AI does not give you advice: every enquiry is reviewed by our team, and immigration advice is given only by a registered adviser. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Information is shared only with institutions, authorities or service providers where necessary to deliver the service you have engaged us for.
Retention & security
Records are retained for as long as required for professional, regulatory and record-keeping obligations, and stored on access-controlled systems.
