Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to paid consultations booked through this website and to professional engagements.
Rescheduling
A booked consultation may be rescheduled once at no cost if you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellation before the consultation
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a refund of the consultation fee, less any payment gateway charges.
No-show or late cancellation
Where a consultation is missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the fee is not refundable as the advisor's time has been reserved.
After the consultation
Once professional advice has been delivered, the consultation fee is not refundable.
Professional engagements
Refund terms for implementation or representation engagements are set out in the written scope of work for that engagement. Third-party charges such as government, institution and assessment fees are never refundable by us.
