  • People with a completed degree or diploma, assessed for Canada
  • Applicants with a strong English or French test result

  • A pass mark of 67 out of 100 on the selection grid

FAQs

FSW questions

What is the FSW pass mark?
The FSW selection grid has a pass mark of 67 out of 100. Passing it only makes you eligible to enter the Express Entry pool. Your ranking in the pool is a separate CRS score.
Is FSW only for people outside Canada?
No, but it is designed for skilled workers with no Canadian experience. People who have worked in Canada often look at the Canadian Experience Class as well.
Do I need a job offer for FSW?
No. A job offer is not required, though it removes the proof-of-funds requirement if you can legally work in Canada.
